Elio, The product is IN the sales channel. Promotion is next and let's just hope the INC ad is in place next week as promised. Hopefully we'll hear other good news. It's a great time of year to have the product available so let's hope they take advantage of it! good luck to all and later, leroyt

Elio: The last thing I would ever want to do is give you a heart attack (a case of paralysis so you couldn't type for a few weeks is another matter entirely <g>). I don't think its a big problem. It takes time to fill up a pipeline and January is hardly an eternity away. Besides, the orders for product will come much sooner, and that starts the clock ticking for revenue and receivables. I'm sure they are selling product directly and via mail order and online vendors. The miracle of it all is that they managed to do as much as they have for being such a small start up. Ingram shouldn't have given them the time of day and here they are helping them push product to Staples. Its a solid piece of software. Take a medium view and wait it out. But this is a good example of why folks shouldn't talk about a $1.00 stock tomorrow. Be patient. :)

Elio, did you read my post from the other day????????????? About distribution?????? Don't worry, Ingram is going to start shipping product tomorrow or Monday, THEY HAVE ORDERS IN HOUSE. I have already confirmed this with my contact at Ingram, remember I have an account with them. Also, it will take a little while longer for the bigger chains to get it because it is just more levels and more paperwork. I did great write up on the Disty stuff for software, go back a couple days and read what I posted. I talked to the court clerk in NM at the federal courthouse yesterday and he said the Judge hasn't made a decision yet on our case against AOL, but we could hear anything any day now, as it has been over 60 days and Federal Judges don't like to take any longer than 60 days. Also, I will be calling my contact at Ingram again tomorrow to see if they have gotten the product in yet. ALSO, if you boys have gotten PMA from INC>LGCU, I would be expecting a press release very very soon from BNEZ in reference to our first PAYING order from INC. It could be anywhere from 1k to 20k copies. mitchell
