Greg- I would of thought that would be the case also but the Tailwind guy said they had only registered only once for a 144 sale months ago. He then said something to the effect "that doesn't exactly make us a frivolous investor does it?" I was shocked when he basically said he was long. I think his reason to even get on the conference call was to defend Tailwind as a resposible finance group.

The fact he was saying that Tailwind was long may not exclude that the Reg D investors they found to put up most of the money and recieve the majority of the convertibles didn't short or sell their shares.

Even if they did sell , there are 6 million shares out there that were purchased in the 1's and my point is that should the fundamental of Ancor continue to improve I think the rise in price would be very slow with all these cheap shares and probably a good deal of overhang above.

If the shorting is done and the volume stays decent, I'll be watching the BB's again.
