Notice that on the stockholders list there is a Teimour Makhmoudov that owns 27K shares. (It is on the list of stockholders, your image42.gif) I notice from Insidertrader.com that for EDII there was also a 144 filed for 165K shares in August: MAKHMOUDOV, TEIMOUR 165,000 144 08/04/98 Also there are the Zaontz family shares on image55.gif, that are from Woodmere, NY. That is the next town away from Hewlett NY home of MLJ Development. Coincidence? I notice that likely Akim Olujuwon, (Olujuwon Holdings) the star center for the Houston Rockets was not spared in the Mountain Energy scheme. And even a neighbor of Donald John Christensen, a Mr. Kieth Cartwright at 4215 Whitman, owned 50K shares. How the Cartwrights must enjoy looking out their livingroom window, two houses to the left down Whitman there and seeing the Christen homestead. I wonder if they appreciate his Mercedes cars parked in the drive - the family car of choice in the Christensen household I understand.
