Is anyone else surprised at how well adaptec is holding up after the runup on the earnings release? It did beat estimates by two cents, but it still earned no money and its revenues looked terrible. I was also surprised by the upgrades. While I am a long term investor in Adaptec, I still expected a drift downward after its runup, because this company still has a lot to prove. It's almost like something is going on behind the scenes, that I'm not aware of. (Perhaps buyout rumors?) Any thoughts?
