I believe that you on the other hand..really may have a problem, if in fact the pumping and dumping idea is
illegal.
You have already admitted you did that on these boards.

Technically, you did the same thing that I admitted to, in the sense that, I showed enthusiasm for a stock, but then got rid of my shares because I didn't like what I saw.

That's what I admitted to. And I was told I was a "pumper and dumper." If that's the definition of pumping and dumping, then that's what I am.

The thing is, however, that I have admitted to pumping and dumping. But you must've also missed the post in explaining that it was not my intent to "pump" it for the sake of "dumping" it.

I didn't dump a stock right after I pumped it because I thought it was a worthless stock. I told you that I sold my shares right after I had a conversation with Roland Breton, in which I asked him where his factories were... and he didn't know.

I did pump, Allen... you did, Ellen did, and most of the yeasayers did (if the definition above is the correct one). It doesn't matter what board I pumped on, does it? The bottom line is that most of the yeasayers pumped because they honestly felt there was a chance that the fundamentals of this stock would be ok.

Then when I found out they were not, I unloaded everything I had, told my family my findings, and went onto another stock. Because we have a ton of people here who are fanatical crucifixionists, you have to be very suspect as to definitions of pumping and dumping.

So that's why I pay it no mind... if the authorities come knocking, I'll show them my trading records and explain why I did what I did.

You seem to think I have more of a problem than I, or any of the naysayers do... are you a field expert in this matter...? <g>

You may feel that the above statement is hype, but I am willing to bet serious money that it is nothing more that
a truthful statement by any measure other than some silly ass's trying to twist it.

If the silly ass can twist it, then there are some questions arising from it that need to be answered.

I make no apoplogies for my posts, my attitude, my actions, my insults, and I really don't care what
anybody thinks about how I behave.

What does this aspect have to do with anything? I never said you had to.

If you are referring to me as a died in the wool short squeeze yay, I have posted almost consistenty,
(except when I simply forgot) that "if" word, empahsizing that I felt that anything that would happen
would be contingent on IF there is a short squeeze.

Then the reasoning should be looked upon as thus: what makes you any different than tonto? I allege that the difference is that you didn't continue to dig any deeper into the truth behind any aspect of RMIL. In my opinion, you left RMIL alone so as to not hurt anyone that was still involved with the stock. And you even took it one step further to attack those that were still digging.

Tonto, however, is a person who can't accept the truth as it is written if something doesn't sit still with him. He kept digging and digging, and when he found something that was incredibly detrimental to the cause, he was visciously attacked.

It all has to do with what you say, Allen. That is what eventually classifies you as a yeasayer or a naysayer... not what you think about a given stock.

On the flipside of what you are, there is David R., who owns the stock, but tears the credo apart constantly.
