Matty: Let's get one thing straight. Tehnically or any other way, I did nothing illegal. And all of your wishing it were true..ain't gonna make it so. Everyone knew where I stood. If you think that for a second that you are going to "explain your way out" of a meeting with the SEC (if it ever happened) and IF you have done something illegal..you are going to be in for a really sad wake up call. Matty you better take this advice to heart and use it..Manipulation is not some college prank that the Dean is going to pat you on the ass and say "boys will be boys".

Ellen did Matty, we've already BEEN over this. And I am SICK of reading your "definition of the day" as to what pumping is - in your mind. There is a HUGE difference between buying a stock and posting positively about it (cheerleading?) and what you do, which is to purposely HYPE a stock - and enlist (or attempt to enlist) others to hype it with you - solely to try to get others to buy it. Huge difference. No matter how you word it. Who, in their right mind, would buy a stock and NOT post what they thought was good or positive about it? Can't imagine that any person would buy a stock and then bash it. If there was a reason to bash it, why buy it in the first place? So stop twisting and spinning Matty. No one is buying it.
