1. It is blaming others for your poor decisions If you are referring to RMIL NO. Why are you or others needed to determine if my decisions are poor or not. If I make the decision to buy a stock it is not a crime and constant bashing by Mike Kugler, s martin and TLWatson59 that I have my head in the sand and the like to discourage buying of OVIS/RMIL and encouraging people to sell is a problem that should be looked into by the SEC.I bought the stock, but when people whoever they are, screw with my finances for any reason they are scum. You have to remember that at that time I was a novice investor and to me the negative posts about OVIS/RMIL played heavily on the stock value and they were brokers and experienced at the game. dj

2. We nays caused all your problems. If you think you helped it out your sadly mistaken and I believe it weighed heavily on the halt of OVIS/RMIL. The substance of the posts by the nays were venomous and the content was to belittle shareholders and to get them to sell. Mork's lawsuit and him initiating stories in newspapers and having his employees constantly bash shareholders on the threads appeared to be a major problem. One other thing that comes to mind is in the fact that I talked to the SEC also, and really as an individual very little happens or is done or they do not even answer your e-mail. But if you are a broker or in the business and you complain maybe more weight is put on the issue. So when possibly Mork and Kugler and whoever else if they complained to the SEC it would have carried more weight. dj

Ok, I'll give it a whirl: 1. It is blaming others for your poor decisions. We are not blaming others. We can make our own beds. There are many other factors that have never been discussed on SI that can make it look that way however. 2. We nays caused all your problems. No, not all our problems, but many of them. TVSI and Next Level is a good example. 3. Morgan and Breton are victims. We are not blind to what has happened. They are not beyond reproach. Yet time still needs to shed light on all factors. 4. RMIL really does/did produce water and clothing. Clothing yes - water, not too much. 5. Financial statements are not important to the decision making process of buying/selling a stock. In a true squeeze, financials are not important. This could a major downfall however. 6. SI is part of the conspiracy. I think the evidence pretty much speaks for itself. There is a difference in standards as to who can say what. 7. Riley is not a joke. That is a opinion everyone has to make for themselves. 8. The SEC is part of the conspiracy. Time will tell on that one. 9. MM's are all evil. As discussed before, not all are, just many. 10. Discussions with joey krinsky are fruitful. You really need to get to know him better before you make that statement. 11. Matty is a flake (ok so you got that one pretty good). Leave him alone. He's working on becoming the next Senator from New Hampshire in 2002. 12.Pugs has no connection to Bmart (where is he by the way), Spyder or Rico. If you are saying they are one and the same, I personally find that hard to believe since the styles vary tremendously. Everyone needs to make a call on that one personally. 13. Merfeild and Angel are allowed to make disgusting posts about peoples spouses While I agree with Angel and Dan on many things, these boards are no place for this type of attacks, no matter who they are. 14. Mike Kugler posts through everyone that disagrees with you. Not through everyone, just a few. These are JUST MY OPINION, and mine alone. While I can't speak for all the yays, I hope you can understand that many of us are just ordinary people caught up in a battle we really weren't prepared to fight. The sad fact is however, we have to put up with people like you who every day put us down for what we were trying to do, that is unite a group of individuals on a cause for what we thought was good. If that is so bad, then I am sorry for at least having the guts to try. -Ken-
