I just read both those reports and the biggest thing I got out of it is that it takes many years and what seems like billions of $ to implement SAP. I already knew this but this was simply more confirmation.

I question where is the rationale for the $55 price target? With a few small exceptions it seems to me that most of this spending is for services to continue the ongoing implementations.

I used to think Brian Skiba was a decent analyst. But he still had a price target of $70 on PSFT when it was at $35. So I'd just be very careful of making any decisions based on his info because I don't think he has any credibility.

Maybe I misread this but it's as if he said spending will not be increasing significantly next year but I think the price is going up anyway.

Did I miss something?
