Greg,

Thanks for the information. I'll have to go over it in more detail after my eyes recover. <g>

I was incorrectly figuring that the conversion price was based on a moving average type of formula. It would be better for us if it was, because the strength of the past few weeks would help us out more that way. If the price only has to be held down for three days, it wouldn't take as many shares to accomplish that. I think any buys by us SI guys should be placed at the end of the day, to raise the closing bid price. <g>

Greg,

I'm going to try to set up a TradeStation indicator that will track the conversion price. Believe it or not, there is a Black Scholes indicator in there. I'm not sure it applies, but I might take a look to see what the formula is. It might give us a hint what Ancor is doing with the INRANGE revenue.

Did you get 22 days for the value of N?

Craig

Greg,

If 22 days is right, I show the 3 lowest closes at 1.125 on 10-8-98, 1.09375 on 10-9-98, and a bunch of 1.25 closes. The average of those three would be 1.15625. There is one flaw in my calculations. I only show the closing price, not the closing BID prices, which could be a little lower. I wonder where to get that information? How did you handle that problem?

Craig
