13's Short List... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Now that we are getting a lot of 13's again I'll be presenting a WEEKLY short list of those 13's with lower rising RSI's and MACD crossings on the weekly charts... This should help us zero in on those stocks that still have room to move to the upside over the coming weeks... This doesn't mean that the other 13's aren't worth following up on...
