Don't you realize that if you can't explain briefly why a stock is not being properly valued by the market you have no business investing. There are a number of ways to do this from using per share earnings growth rate to project a stock's future value,to options valuation applications, to DCF's, to multiples, etc. Why 30 to 35? Sounds good, but if you can't quantify your assertion that what the hell are you doing, man?

TS.Com talked about Ciena and the option activity. Below is a little of what was said. thestreet.com " As a result, traders said, more than 5,900 of the November 17 1/2 calls traded on the CBOE this morning. A large portion of that volume -- possibly as many as 5,000 contracts -- came from one institution buying the positions and playing for even more upside. Overall, the contract's volume across the three exchanges on which Ciena options trade amounted to more than 6,000. "
