Jim, Yes, I see Terry being "paid" with these options as a great positive. It gives him more than just the incentive to succeed personally; there is a pot of gold at the end of the tunnel to work for now as well. He will also when he has the stock be able to experience the gloom of a .07 share price and feel the buzz when this thing goes through $2 - $???. To me it is not a matter of ‘will” this work but “when”. One by one things are falling in place, the big piece will be a positive BD report. After that it's going to be a wild ride.
