Though I don't use the new web site, I tried it a couple of times, and order entry was perfect. But I agree with you on the options - My experience : Quite often if an option is not traded on a given day (only those where the open interest is normally very low), I always have problem in getting correct quote and execution. But over all, E*Trade is still the BEST online service, IMO. Believe me, wherever you go you will definitely find an equal number of problems, may be more...

two more complaints:
1) you cannot reorder the stocks in your different portfolios/watch lists in *alphabetical* order automatically, as in Yahoo
2) you cannot just *delete* a portfolio/watchlist.

Edward, that's right, I forgot to mention those errors came up on my system too..Thursday and Friday where hell with those errors.. I called them about it. They mentioned something called a fire wall problem with the browsers..,But, I'm not a computer whiz,so I was very confused...The only thing that helped was to re-boot my system and log on again, because without the re-boot, the errors would stay..
