Absolutely Mitchell. The ruling made is extremely important. Not only to the more "immediate" affect on BNEZ, but also for the precedent it sets. I need to know more about discovery and its process myself. Looks like there is some research to do. I have to say, I agree with your comment about this judge and his "kahunas"...lol. This is very exciting for BNEZ!
