I would think that this would give us the okay to starting working on our financials and getting them in order, or maybe the lawyers might say hold tight for a little while. WHO KNOWS

There have been two issues cited by BNEZ for not releasing financials:

1. AOL suit (first step but I don't know if the issue on partial discovery is not enough.

2. Trying to get rid of unfriendly MM's. (this is still a pertinent issue and I would think it's probably relevant through the end of the year).
