yes, you were lucky and smart as well.. I wanted 30cents... now I'll probably have to pay 40cents..oh well.

as for damages.. thanks.. we'll find out later I'm sure..

as for PMA... revenues will still drive BNEZ... again, this whole lawsuit thing is just a bonus if it all works out...

again, I still think that BNEZ's costs will be minimal since the mgmt already ARE lawyers and they shouldn't have to hire too much help.. as sales start flowing in from PMA.. they should be able to put some of that immediate cash to paying off some lawyer and debt fees and hopefully will NOT have to issue any stock... if they do, very minimally... stock dilution CERTAINLY is not a problem at this point... as there aren't many shares out there to begin with.. so if they do issue a few shares.. no sweat.. whatever it takes to get the most out of the lawsuit (hopefully a settlement out of court) and to be able to reward us (man am I selfish lol) that much quicker..

okay, coming back off the clouds.. there's still ALOT of steps to climb here.. and after all this excitement wears off.. we'll be once again focusing on the product and initial sales..

so let's all enjoy the initial excitement of this all and hope that BNEZ has some good news for us in the days and weeks ahead... and let's hope we get continued feedback from those here buying PMA and/or looking for it at different distribution channels
