Well, I guess I'll take a step back here and say that when I was mentioning the word "server," I had enterprise servers in mind, the kind that could use a Xeon or a fast Pentium II. Anyone can take an old 486 computer, connect a network card and hard drive to it, and call it a "file server." (Then you can even add a printer and you've got a "print server!")
