MM's aside, AOL appears to be on the hot seat now with the Microsoft trial. This may be a deciding factor for AOL to make this quietly go away.

"ever again" means NEVER and even though I'd LOVE to see us up over 50cents and not look back.. we did close at .30 x .32 so even if we closed at 40cents by end of the week ... who wouldn't take that?? will we close at 40cents by week's end?? don't know... that seems based on what we've all just learned to be quite conservative.. but man I've had stocks that I was 99.9% sure they would trade at x.xx by the following day,week,month etc.. and not only did it not get there, it went the opposite direction.. the threads who tend to be more cautious and conservative tend to hold better to delays and shortcoming... and are less likely to sell when "HIGH EXPECTATIONS" are not met... mainly because they set low expectations for the stock... then if it does so-so they are okay with it.. if the stock does great.. then ALL THE BETTER ... maybe this doesn't make any sense... and certainly wasn't a flame or anything... just wanna be sure we don't get carried away with "$10.00 by Christmas!" or "GOING TO THE MOON" or all that stuff... we need to find out what the basic damages that BNEZ thinks it has accrued.. find out what the limitations for damages are for this type of situation (even though it's new.. there must be rules).. and we need to continue to work as a team to research and critique how things are going with PMA and distributorships.. jim
