when a company is a reporting company they have to have the 10q out within 45 days of the end of quarter or file an extension.

Since PRWT has yet to ever file, they can delay this ultimately, until the SEC and OTC bb finally agree to force all of the OTC stocks to file.

None of the Chiefs at Panam would give me exact dates for the release(something about charlie sheen and wall street) but they said each division was working on getting then done pronto.
