bobby: Well, I have been watching the Transports. Last shoulder is pretty flat. This could be a study in a failure or not. You know big blue never did participate in this decline or the Utilities! So, it seems inflate the Bull time again...or not! The next several days are more important than most realize. My technicals signaled a bottom was in place (10/8) in this Market decline on 10/20. However, as many personal trading systems, its real time success history only dates back to 86. Time will tell. I will wait for my confirmation indicator this time and if I leave some chips on the table, so be it. Cautious is becoming my middle name. Regards, LG
