Minor point, but the applicable pricing period does not go to 21 days until Nov 20, 9 months after the closing date of 2/19/98.

Higher conversion prices are not necessarily bad for the preferred shareholders. As I said in an earlier post, a pop from $2 to $4 works as well for them as a pop from $1 to $2 if they are selling and converting immediately. If they are holding for the long term, they would want more shares and the higher price would hurt them.

Can they drive it back below $1.25? I will bet no.
