Who,Me the number of posts where I ever stooped to that level regarding you you can count on one hand and you know that. Of course we all have bad days and that is not my normal modis opperandi. Otoh just looking at your profile you can see that a good 60% of your posts are flaming hysterics directed at me. No idea why, probably some religious problem. In any case I dont care, because I am on SI due to my line of work primarily and not to argue with right wing zealots.

BTW as you know California is the most imporant state with regards to political agenda etc. And Ca will always lean liberal based on the highly educated workforce in the state. Kind of flies in the face of the republicans thinking high income = conservatism. Well, some parts of Ca are conservative like Orange county I hear. But in SV where the average person makes 300K/year there is a liberal bent for sure on social issues. I just wish theyd loosen up the campaign contribution caps because Ca alone could contribute more to liberal candidates than the rest of the county except NY based on the wealth distribution.

<< If you call a net gain for Republicans in the house and Senate a win for the Democrats then in a few years there will be no Democrats left at that rate>> Of course there is a little flaw in your logic here. That is, there are more Demo seats up for grabs this time around.Won't always be the case ,no? If the Demos win more than they lose no matter many seats are won or lost in a few years there won't be any Republicans left at that rate. BTW have you noticed that when Michelle isn't posting there is no dialog at all on this thread?[except of course for JLA and Dan calling each other names] So if you do get her thrown off, this thread will die a slow and ugly [ no offense to JLA or Dan but even both of you must see how silly this has become] death. Could be that's what you want?
