I think TPI ought to have their heads examined if they dare do another C/D with Thomson Kernaghan. This is unconfirmed from TPI, but I was told that TPI will NOT be registering any of the remaining unconverted shares to Thomson Kernaghan. I know Janis is in the process of putting some type of release together to let the world know what Kernaghan is up to.

IF and that's a big IF, Kernaghan doesn't receive any shares of TPII, he'll have to cover his short position. Six months of shorting getting covered all at once can work wonders for our depressed share price.

Thanks for all your hard work but this was all brought up before and
nothing was done. It appears TPII is not doing anything to rock the
boat. Would love to become positive again but my mailbox is still
empty and I'm not happy with unnamed companies spending undisclosed
revenues in an unspecified time period at an unidentified location.
