The last time I talked to John McGee, he had nothing but nice things to say about Thompson Kernigahn. Not one bad thing, nothing but praise. Maybe this is one reason he is leaving? After TK converts the debentures, they have to file a registration statement with the SEC, before they get the shares. This can take 2 to 4 weeks (or more). Maybe the SEC will block the release of the shares if they are investigating. Wishfull thinking? Can some one E-mail, Paul M, or Janice, and find out what they are doing about this. Can someone E-mail the SEC. I think I still have Naac's lawyers #, they may have the contacts with the SEC and FBI.
