Sorry for the negativity but I've sent emails to TPII with no
response. TPII has not shown any concern for shareholder value. I'll
be looking for exit points when stock is being run up. The thing that
bothers me the most about this stock is the absolute silence when
the stock was brought down to .21 cents. Probably another run on
Bemer rumors next week and I'll unload more.

McGee had nothing but nice things to say about Thomson Kernaghan? They're robbing him blind and he doesn't even know it?!? I spoke with Janis about this months ago and he was convinced along with John McGee that TK wasn't shorting them. Well, just this past week, Janis is all of a sudden whistling a different tune about the whole situation. Janis told me that McGee will not be registering ANY shares.

It's pretty sad when a shareholder like myself knows more about what's going on than the CFO. It's amazing, Mr. McGee, that Kernaghan has been shorting stock on EVERY convertible debenture deal he can get his hands on, EXCEPT TPI's!

WAKE UP MCGEE!!! This whole issue aggravates me to no end. Are these guys really that stupid or are they just afraid to publicly admit that Kernaghan has destroyed their stock???

After this whole mess is over, I can just about guarantee with 100% certainty that TPI will enter into ANOTHER C/D with these idiots.

John/Paul - Do NOT register one more share, do some investigating like we have, start calling the SEC and other companies who are in similar situations (If you need a list of companies, I've got plenty), and maybe get together some collective joint effort lawsuit. In the meantime, find yourself another firm, preferably a U.S. one, to obtain financing from!
