The issue is not whether you are a bear, gc, it is the terms in which you couch what you have to say. Disagreement does not have include personal attacks and pure mean spiritedness. Mind your manners and you will be welcome on any thread. BUT MIND YOUR MANNERS, or you will discover how very few your admirers are in fact.

Everyone, I can't believe you people spent what appears to be the entire Halloween night in front of a computer terminal bickering to each other. Surely you must've had better things to do... gc, I happen to be a TA for an introductory physics(calc based) course. And the fact is that many students find this course extremely difficult -- typical class exam averages being in the mid 30s to low 40s. Reasons? Who really knows? Poor study habits? Poor study techniques? Less than stellar course lectures? Inadequate mathematics backgrounds? There are many reasons for their poor performances, the primary reason being poor understanding of the basic concepts such as Lenz's Law, Faraday's Law of Magnetic Induction, Right Hand Rule and knowing how to use it, ...etc. Whenever I see blank faces during discussions or demonstrations, I slow down and lead them step by step all of the physics involved in the process. Ofcourse, I may have to explain some more rudimentary trigs and calc along the way, but in the end, I am rewarded with satisfaction knowing that I have made the difference as I see the light bulbs inside their head go up. You see, gc, what is blatantly obvious to me isn't necessarily obvious to them. And whenever they are confused, I certainly do not speak to them in condescending nor sarcastic manner. You claim to have Ph.D. in physics and you seem to know lot about something others don't know(particularly in PSFT). I have no doubt that you are an intelligent and resourceful person. However, from my point of view, you seem to be somewhat deficient in human relations. To say this in another way, shall I say you are a bit blunt? In your previous posts, your comments/responses to other people's requests were less than pleasant. They were certainly unpleasant enough to upset Ms. Melissa McAuliffe, whom I always thought of as a calm, reserved person. Even I found your comments irritating as you responded with biting sarcasm to others' inquiry for further explanation of your "theories". When others ask for explanation, it's because they don't understand how you arrived at your conclusion/prediction. Since the rest of us are not as intelligent as you(according to MENSA, my IQ is only 135) and some of us do not have long experience in the stockmarket, is it not logical as well as productive if you would simply state your reasonings behind your argument without all the negative connotations in your language and exercise some considerations and patience? (Please remember that some of us have lost quite a bit of money from this stock and this explains their short temperament.) Please do it for others. And if you can't, then please do it for an aspiring-physicist-to-be. That's me. ;) I knew you'd understand, gc. I hope you've had a pleasant Halloween. Take care and have a great weekend.
