Bearcatbob: How can you be so sure that the "better places" that you mention are any more "sure bets" than MGR? I've read many predictions of sure-fire money-making resource stocks - only to watch them fizzle on the launch pad and topple over. At least the MGR rocket is still sitting on the launch pad! And at least astronaut Dave is still at his computer in the rocket, posting responses and awaiting blast-off. Doug expects you and me to pick up 10,000 MGR shares each tomorrow, and we must not disappoint him! Dave has indicated that MGR will soon be back in the $1/share range, so how can we lose at $0.05/share? We can look forward to a 2000% increase!

Bob, pick 3 stocks that you feel are on the launch pad awaiting blast-off.

Monday note the share price of each, along with MGR's.

A day or week or month or year later we can check progress.

Nothing serious here, just a little what if make believe money stuff.

I liked Phil's description:

The MGR rocket, still sitting on the launch pad!
Astronaut Dave is still at his computer in the rocket,
posting responses and awaiting blast-off.

I can add a little.

MGR's partner MAC was to add rocket fuel, but did not, so upon an
attempted low orbit try, all MGR got from the engine was a fizzle.
But with the stabilization supplied by MGR and Dave, the rocket did
not topple over. Waiting for rocket fuel.

Maby MGR can stand on a street corner with a sign saying,

Will Work For Rocket Fuel
