Well, I think the AAA people, and especially the arbitrator involved with this one, would be surprised to hear that. also jboxford can have trial and so can andy mann lololol, but they must first return 4.48 million shares to court. Ahhhhh, Spidey's changed his tune at last, has he? You still don't have it quite right, but seem to be making some progress toward understanding what "interpleading" means. What you are NOT saying anymore, and what will NOT happen until and unless there's a trial, is that the shares in question will be returned to the COMPANY. the 480,000 mann and alders conspired to lift legends from borrowed stock...
