well, I think we MIGHT see some news right early in the week, but I wouldn't be surprised if BNEZ takes a little more time to evaluate the decision and the paperwork on the lawsuit and consult with their own personal lawyers as well to determine the BEST WAY to word any press release about the judge's decision.. they want to get the exposure, but I don't think that they want to do anything that looks like they are trying to libel against AOL or that they are trying to attack them without proper cause. So if it takes them a little longer than 2 days to put all this together for a PR.. have patience.. and again, REMEMBER: the fundamentals of the company and ultimately sales of PMA will drive this business and our stock.. NOT the lawsuit... if we win or settle, that's just a bonus. I think everyone is excited because most of us thought that the odds were VERY unlikely that the judge would rule in favor of proceeding.. I think we all wanted it, but deep down inside didn't expect it. jim
