R, I believe one of the "major" concerns of management is CREDIBILITY. A roll back would not make their mission any easier, so I do not expect it. My guess is news Tuesday. Justa lot of hope in that guess. It would be nice to hear that the chilean courts awarded us full ownership of the mine. (LOL!!!!), With trick & treats out of the way for '98 its time for the "show".

I am an accountant and I have seen many stocks that plummet in November and December just because people that have made good investments need to decrease there tax liabilities.With out a doubt this defiantly fits into that category.
