Blake, i think there all of the terrible knocks in the stock prices occurred before the inflection point. to me, that seems to be the time to get in. the fact that the first derivative is still negative means that there is still more downside news, but that may be (probably is) already priced into the issues. i think we need some more positive news to turn the first derivative positive as well, but the risk/reward tradeoff is on the side of reward now. just a gut feeling there.
