you are confused guy mr. forthright. andy mann request to borrow 144 stock for $1 million private placement. he then get alders to write letter to get legend lifted from stock. andy mann & alders conspire to do this. andy mann dump this stock. court look at this matter. court find that andy mann must reurn this stock to court. andy mann also short 180,000 shares. you ask loaded question. andy manns crime here was after he got stock. do you say you know of more andy mann crimes he commit before stealing this stock? can you tell us these crimes please? spider
