I thought SEC has Required filing dates, I didn't know that it is at the convenience of a company to file when they're not busy.

Alan, I spoke to Charlie last week. He told me that they were postponing CNBC until this week. They didn't want to do filming until all of the 21" Monitors were in place. They were expecting the rest of the monitors plus the remaining phone lines Friday of last week.

I honestly don't fully understand George's position, and what he knows and does not know of the company. But I will get to the bottom of this mess Wednesday!l
