<Glad that you were with me>

Yeah, I had my share of trauma in October. Right now I don't care what it does; you can imagine how much pressure just came off me mentally.

I was not letting it get to me but it was always there in the background. The smart move on my part would have been to just trail a stop once I was so far ahead but the ego needed the boost of a double digit trade. Even 9.90 would not have done it for me.

I've told Scott, positive re-inforement is necessary; I was told once to paste winning confirms on the wall to boost the mental state. I had just had my office panelled...no way.

But I had this golf ball rack; I bought it after I stopped travelling so much and so had nothing to fill it with.

So whenever I had a ten point OEX trade I put a CBOE golf ball in it. Scott sent me some CME balls so now a 10 point spoo trade makes the rack.

Silly idea, perhaps. But when I was getting crushed in October the rack may have been the only thing that kept my ego intact.
