I haven't backed away from that statement at all. I only back away from your mischaracterization of my statements. Belize is a complete mess as far as PRWT is concerned. There is a start that is turning quickly into a non-event. The closing of the BIS in Belize was part of the PUP plan from the beginning and says nothing about the fact that PRWT made misstatements that they have yet to retract. Neither does it in any way negate the government press releases or the letter from the Central Bank there to the Comptroller of the US Currency disavowing Affordable Housing's representation that they were licensed to do mortgage business in Belize.
