Ronaldo: I am not as hopeful about DGIV. This is not to say DGIV doesn't have the know-how or the technology, but VoIP is a very competetive arena and I think DGIV missed out its opportunity. More than anything else, DGIV needs money to be successful and I have no way of verifying their balance sheet. I have no way of verifying their contracts or MOUs either. I cannot think of a single reason why some telco will come to seek help from Digitcom when there are many bigger and more established companies. All along I thought they had contracts because they grabbed the opportunity very early in the game.. if they didn't then, there is a very little possibility that they will now. Many unknown BB companies don't hesitate to file with SEC and DGIV hasn't yet. First it was about their hot technology, then about it going Nasdaq, then about contracts and 100's of millions of dollars revenues. Now it's all gone. Its about MOUs and filing a simple five page SB-10. Perhaps DGIV isn't a scam, but I couldn't verify the existence if Louis International after independent research and after querying several times on this board and with the company. I don't think there is a company called Louis International. I will be glad to be proven wrong. I will most gladly come back and buy DGIV as much as I can. But I somehow don't think it's going to happen.
