Not a waste in my book. It's clarified my own thoughts about this latest bogey. I am now better prepared to take action under various possible circumstances. We've done the same thing that better be done by the lawyers at T. They have to supply the legal details including precedents research. The discussion here is a condensed presentation of most of the significant factors. If I were these companies I'd study every word and be prepared to argue pro or con each point made. It's the least they should do. The discussion has the advantage of arising from uninformed amateurs. That means unpolluted by the narrow minded focus that comes from being part of any one firm.
