Joe, Something has definitely changed as of about Wednesday of last week. Since then the TL has actually made a lot of sense where it did not before. It does look to me from today's action like the MM's are allowing the price to rise on less buying volume than it is taking on the sell side to drop us. Hence I believe that your conclusion that the MM's are short inventory is accurate. For the first time since the week prior to the annual meeting, it appears that the overhead (large seller or shorter) is off of DCTC and this fact is starting to show a little in the price. This time however, I believe that we have reason to at least hope that the overhead is not going to return...we shall see.. James
