Before you get too exuberant there Rosebud, the 20 Million gets roughly halved in these trades, like nasdaq trades when you are looking at actual shares traded between parties outside the system. This 10 Million figure only looks like $200K roughly that you are talking about over 5 trading sessions. Not exactly exciting action for the Big Guys. But then if you want to figure how many shares PRWT has traded since there has actually been news, maybe you need to count the volume since July, unless you want to consider those two updates on their web site as news.
