Now,now Dan Clinton was President so he is responsible.You see thats the way it always is.The President must always take responsibility for what goes on during his or her watch. Uh.... of course unless it's something good that is . Now, you see the economy thats something different .You see he just happened to be there and you see there was this Republican Congress they did everything you see.
