Why can't we reverse split stock shares?.... To get relisted

We have the market cap, and that would make us an $8 stock.

It would also take care of the people concerned about stock dilution.

Instead of 50-75M shares, we have 25-37.5M. Could someone who e-mails to company regularly ask this and/or perhaps this could be brought up at the stockholders meeting.
