OK - BARTON H. TIPPETS is DYING to know if this stock has the potential to be "a 10 or 20 bagger" within a year.

Working from Alexander,Wescott's report - they estimate a minimum revenue of $15 million in 1999, with 90 million shares and an industry Price to Sales of 1.63 then a stock price of $0.27 would be appropriate.

However using a Price to Sales of 109, that is of a more dynamic upcoming company like Pixar, then a stock price of $18.00 would be appropriate.

So BARTON there it is... somewhere between 27 cents and $18 in one year's time. Take your pick. If you purchased at an average cost of 10 cents a share you have a possible triple bagger or possible 180 bagger.

The answer to your question is therefore: YES.
