I don't think anyone's riled up.. it's just that you're not paying attention I guess..

<<However, the fact remains that the AOL ticker symbol did not appear in the release >>

goto quote.yahoo.com and type in BNEZ and then click on the news yesterday.. scroll down and at the bottom you'll see BNEZ and AOL ticker symbols there IN THE PRESS RELEASE..

they just didn't put the AOL ticker at the top... it IS AT THE BOTTOM and this is why IT DID SHOW UP ON EVERY AOL news release service I've found..

everyone saw the AOL/BNEZ story.. period..

will it have an impact on the price?? as I said all weekend, this lawsuit is a BONUS IF IT WORKS OUT... but it's the sales of PMA and other core business ventures that will drive the stock...

any fair weather investors need not apply.. stocks like this can be way too stressful if you get all worked up over the intraday prices..
stay patient and cautious... and voice any and all concerns to the company regarding delays, news, and manipulation by MMs...

but don't let this whole thing stress you guys out.. if it does, take a break and come back in a couple weeks.. (not talking to anyone in particular)

hope you guys/gals all have a great day..
