hi people. I am addressing this very issue with Royal bank. I hopefully will get a "one on one" shortly with the head guru's of NetAction and Action Direct. My intention is to try to set-up the first "daytraders" facility within RB

I am collecting all of the messages you people post that indicate your "dissatisfaction" with your existing providers. Hopefully I will show them that a daytraders facility is needed !!

My approach is that the first "company/bank that satisfies our needs "wins" everybody!! I think thats a fair statement!

I am thinking about sending a fax to "Trading Supervisor" with a cc to "Vice-President i/c of Scotia Discount Brokerage" Fax is 403-221-6579 and expressing concerns about the slow answering, slow execution, etc.
Also , let them know that there are others out there that would love our business if they do not. If they need to hire more people, do it. They certainly are making the money with commissions and trades. Trouble us, they are trying to increase their profit at the expense of personnel.
If several do this, maybe they just might get back to where they once were. I have noticed a big difference over the past 2-3 months and do not use them as much now and won't until they smarten up.
Probably tell me to take a hike but at least the word will get out to higher-up's
