Regardless, the amount of cold cash they spent for the acquisition should have been a red flag to anyone. Funny money stock acquisitions is one thing -- these guys paid cash, and not an insignificant amount compared to their overall business.

They were also kind of hush-hush at the time they did it. Leaking out the details of the deal bit-by-bit.

I think it also shows how fickle investors can be and what can happen when the valuations are lofty. I get a tickle out of those guys on the thread that were cost averaging. They are about out of cash for this one or will be after they buy today, if they do.
