I believe CIEN will get a significant amount of contracts to be announced tomorrow. For buyout possibility, there still exists because the current CIEN's market value is well below its real one. Besides, I think there are plenty of investors are still hanging there with high entry prices. Phil

Maybe for once an analyst is just sticking with their conviction despite a market run-up. I personally believe in their underlying investement thesis right now and believe they are merely showing a willingness to stick by their guns. They want everyone to kow so, that way they can be heroes when/if they're right.
