Thanks, Tim. I've created a Watchlist. That's a good site to know about.

Regarding the JMAR filing, the shares are being registered, but that doesn't mean they are being sold now. I'm not sure what this all means, but it looks like it could be set up as a tax-free situation - naming a church in place of an individual as owner. Churches are free of tax. The other organization could be set up as an off-shore "charitable" group, or some such tax-free entity. I'm just thinking out loud again, so I could be way off on this. Any others have ideas?
