Dell's not changing, a lot of bearish types have been saying that Compaq's new initative will end Dell's advantages, and since Compaq is older, wiser, and bigger Dell will fade into history.

I just figured out why Dell is colapsing. The secret earnings prediction contest! Now that we don't have everyone bidding up their earnings prediction to win the Tshirt all interest in Dell is going to die out. By the end of earnings no one will care, the PE will go to 8, and the bears will have to start shorting KTEL.
