David, IMHO, BNEZ shares should have increased in value based on the limited discovery awarded by Judge Garcia and the postponing of a decision on summary judgment requested by AOL. The share price did not increase. Your wet blanket comment is very appropriate, IMO. If we did not get the share price increase, the compensation we received is that the MM's dug a bigger hole for themselves. Anyway, that's my take on how the market discounted the news on the suit. Those that are saying that it is earnings, PMA sales, etc. that should be the focus are, of course, absolutely and entirely correct. Jud

I'll build my morales on the foundation of the Bible.. whereas others build their morales on whatever they feel inside themselves... which can change from day to day depending on their life experience and relationships.. or whatever happens to be the "norm" or especially if Jerry Spring says it's okay.. lol anyway, this is off topic .. and dont' want to bring this thread into a debate of some sort..
