John de C,

Agreed. Buying back shares in any fashion on the open market would do wonders for shareholder value at these distressed levels.

Cistron now has 2 investment bankers to provide stock support, the world's largest vaccine company as a partner, and $13 million debt free dollars.

Cistron's current market value is $5 million dollars...Amazing!

Steve

That sounds like a very good compromise when you compare it to a 4 million buy back.

However, I think the news release stated that the PMC purchased (past tense)not will purchase ... Does that mean our stock value has been diluted by 5%? Is that why the stock price did not go up much on anticipation of the deal?

I was typing about how the ask had gone up to $.38 ($.08 over yesterday), when I took another look and saw that it was up to $.44. It's about time.
